Florio & Ginsberg (flute, guitar, voice & magic) have been performing beautiful music and mystifying magic for the past 12 years in the central Florida area. Together they have given over 1,000 presentations. They have blended into a beautifully orchestrated duo and the music comes straight from their soul.Through their artistry, dedication, and professionalism, their music is uplifting, inspiring, and enriching - everything a great concert is meant to be. Their range is so broad and the repertoire so vast, that they can easily perform a classical program, perfect for the Chamber Music Society one night and a pop concert the next. Florio and Ginsberg will book all types of parties and corporate events. From small intimate parties to major stage productions, Florio & Ginsberg have attained a high level of success. They are currently recording a double CD of the "best loved Wedding music" including all of the major composers who composed music for weddings such as Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, Schubert, Pachelbel, Wagner etc. also included will be contemporary songs such as The "Wedding song" (There is love) and many other current favorites. The CD will cover all aspects of the Wedding, including prenuptial music (while guests are being seated) to many choices of processionals, recessionals and specialty music for special aspects of the ceremony such as lighting of unity candles etc. Florio & Ginsberg have been featured numerous times on bay area television such as "Good morning TampaBay" and "Harris and company" and were awarded first place in the "Best of the Bay" with over 200 acts competing. They perform an incredible range of music from all periods of classical music to contemporary pop and standards. They have performed for such dignitaries as General H. Norman Schwarzkopf, the Duke and Duchess of Austria, Sarah Ferguson the Duchess of York, General Tommy Franks and many others. In addition Michael Florio has won three major awards from the prestigious "Society of American Magicians" and has performed magic and mentalism (mind reading) with resounding success for 25 years all over the southeast.
