alutations, once again!

Well then. I assume it has not escaped your notice that this, the 5th issue of our totally fabulous 'n extra spiffy online magazine is late........ WAY LATE!

Well, there are naturally reasons for that fact. I dunno, but it seems sorta like that last NAB kinda took the wind out of everybody's sails. What really happened out there anyway? The main reason is that we aren't getting much in the way of article submissions, and we had to sit on this issue until we managed to scrape up enough material to actually have an issue this time. As a matter of fact, it looks like we're gonna have to go on a bi-monthly basis (or even longer) unless we get s'more material from you nice folks out there in LightWave/Flyer Land.

So, if you feel the need to contribute to the reduction of this sad state of affairs, then by all means, do Contact Us! and send us yer stuff.

PLEASE? - AND THANK YOU!

In other news, what will Newtek's big move to Texas mean for us LightWave/Flyer..... uh ....... persons? Will chaps, cowboy hats and a broad southern drawl suddenly become de rigeur for videographers? Will Flyer systems suddenly begin being shipped in bigger boxes (with a brand scorched into the side)? Who can say?

For that matter, now that Gateway has finalized their purchase of the Amiga, how long is it gonna be before we start seeing Amiga systems wending across the fruited plain housed in those quaint Holstein-motif boxes? After so many years of frustration and neglect, does anybody even care anymore? Again, who can say?

So then..... with alla these questions hanging in the air, let's just sorta wonder quietly as we move on and begin reading this hard-won gaggle of material which comprises Issue #5 of FlightWave Online.
